Happy Wednesday!
Here we are, halfway through the week. How are we feeling? Are you stressed and overwhelmed or rested and feeling good? We hope the latter.
Much of how we feel depends on our health. Our mental health, our physical health, our spiritual health. To that end, we were hooked as soon as we saw Pulitzer Prize journalist Michael Moss's new book, Hooked: Food, Free Will, and How the Food Giants Exploit Our Addictions.
Getting unhooked from bad habits, whatever they may be, is a good first step towards your own healing, your own happiness, and your own freedom.
Our hope for you is that you to feel your strength, your bravery, and your own goodness—and to meet us out in The Open Field. Remember that’s a place—a place out beyond fear, shame, judgement, and expectation.
We'll meet you there.
Love,
Maria + The Sunday Paper Team
